- Notes: ATC were converyed from LCM-6 landing craft for carrying troops and other equipment; bow ramp retained with sloping well deck cover added for protection of troops inside. ATC(H) had superimposed helicopter pad over well deck - capable of landing medevac or Seawolve Huey. Monitor was more heavily modified with altered bow and forward turret for 40mm gun or sometimes a flamethrower. All had signicant armor protection added. Shown below moored with APB-36 Colleton, one of four APB's modified for basing of the Mobile Riverine Force (MRF).
