- Notes: Heavily damaged by Japanese forces in a depth charge attack off Balikpapan; scuttled at Soerbaya 2 Mar 1942. Salvaged by the Japanese in 1944 to serve as a radar picket hulk in the Madura Strait where she was sunk by the British submarine Taciturn in Jul 1945.
