- Service: Completed as SS Lake Borgne in Aug 1918. Commissioned at Montreal, Canada, in Sep 1918 and sailed in convoy from Nova Scotia later that month for Nantes, France. Entered the Army coal trade, carrying coal from the British Isles to French ports. On 21 Oct 1918, while sailing in convoy from Penzance to Roscanval, she struck a rock off Brest and sank. Ship and cargo were lost, but the entire crew was saved by a British trawler.
