- Notes: One of 112 Eagle Boats ordered, including 12 for the Italian Navy. None were completed in time to see action during WWI and 72 were cancelled at the end of the war. Five were transferred to the Coast Guard in 1919. USS Eagle Boat No.1 was redesignated PE-1 17 Jul 1920; sold for scrap 11 Jun 1930. Six sisters survived into 1940s and served in WWII.
