- Notes: This class were the last and most powerful French armoured cruisers. Took part in hunting the German battlecruiser Goeben in 1914 and later was on patrol in the Otranto Channel until 1915. In 1916 present at the occupation of Corfu and evacuation of the Serbian army. Continued at Corfu, at Malta, and in Eastern Mediterranean through 1918. Sheltered refugees during the burning of Smyrna in 1922. Became a midshipman's training ship in 1928. Stranded on the Algerian coast 4 Jan 1930 and sank five days later.
