Acquired by the British government in 1944, she was used as an examination vessel in the Mediterranean. In 1945 sold to W.G. Hetherington of Glasgow and renamed Suilven. Sold to the Government of Iran in 1947, renamed Shaknag, and converted for use as a pilot vessel. Later history unknown.
