- Notes: Designed at the Atelier de Construction d'Issy-les-Moulineaux (AMX) in 1946 to meet a requirement for an air-portable vehicle to support paratroopers. Features an uncommon two-part FL-10 oscillating turret, where the gun is fixed to the turret and the entire upper turret changes elevation. Production began in 1952, with many variants over the years. Phased out of service with the French Army in the 1980s. Used by France at Suez in 1956 and in Algeria; by India in the Indo-Pakistani War of 1965; by Israel in the Six-Day War of 1967
